News from the Hut
We were fortunate enough to have been visited by Senator Scott Brown in our West Springfield location today. He was gracious during his visit. He enjoyed lunch and was able to visit with our customers, be in many pictures, and also answer some questions. Good luck to the Senator in the upcoming election.
We were welcomed to Amherst by the Chamber of Commerce and other town officials today with an official Ribbon Cutting Ceremony. We served samples of our menu, and a great time was had by all.
We would like to thank everyone in attendance including many of the Amherst Chamber members, Dale Janes. CEO of NUVO Bank, Peter Grandonico of Lincoln Realty , and all the other members of the Amherst Business community.

Yesterday I was lucky enough to have lunch at White Hut in West Springfield with Tom Monaghan, the founder of Domino’s Pizza. He also founded Ave Maria University and has been a past owner of the Detroit Tigers baseball team. We had a great conversation discussing burgers while he had a “Special with fried onions”. He is opening a gourmet burger restaurant in Florida very soon and wanted to try a good burger while he was in town on business.
He is a great philanthropist and business man and we wish him well.
